A client contacted ML UK (Global) with a real challenge, let down by another badge company, this technically demanding lapel pin was urgently required for a prestigious horse racing event sponsored by Guinness, the deadline date for delivery was just a few weeks to create the compatible design by our in-house studio, signed off then manufactured by our factory & sent direct to the event taking place in the UK.
This was another order required on our unique SupaRush service – no time for pre-production samples, straight into main production, no room for error, one shot !
However, during creating the compatible design our Studio Manager Conor noticed something strange with the iconic Guinness harp logo as supplied to us from the client – it was an old branding version, we resubmitted to a thankful client for Conor’s critical eye, correct artwork signed off and sent on the same day to our factory.
The result, with such an incredibly tight deadline and complex manufacture, our SupaRush service delivered the badges 3 days ahead of the deadline.
As you can see, this badge is really something very special, despite the remarkable timeframe, the 22ct gold plated detailing allied to the perfectly polished hard enamel infilling with the separate metallic gold harp and white Guinness branded wording ‘baked’ overprint onto the enamel surface was further enhanced with the lifelike etched recessed horseshoe with cut out nail holes – What a badge !
Another ML UK (Global) SupaRush success story.
